I was working out of town when I got my DUI. I immediately started searching for the best DUI lawyers in Beckley, WV and found The Wagner Law Firm. I reached out to them and within a matter of days Mr. Wagner and his assistant Heather were working on my case giving me the run down of the whole process. I have a CDL for my job so he knew how important it was for me to be able to keep my license and job. Mr. Wagner was able to work it out so that all I had to do was a breathalyzer test 3 times a day for 6 months. We are now at the end of those 6 months and my case has been dropped and I still have my job and CDL. This team is super professional and I wouldn't want anyone else working on my case. I am super thankful for all of their help and I can't recommend them enough! They are definitely the dynamic duo!
