I hired this law firm to help my elderly aunt who was the victim of drug addicts that she let move in with her (one was her son). When she filed for eviction, they retaliated physically and went to the courthouse making lots of false claims, asking for a protection order. I explained to the law firm that we needed help to defend against the protection order and to get my aunt back into her home. They told me that it would be one payment of $1500 to cover the whole ordeal (their words). We went to court and to our horror, the judge issued a year long protection order after watching a video of my aunt tossing empty boxes out of frustration but did issue a 10 day eviction. The crackhead then went to appeal the eviction and now this attorney is saying that the $1500 only covered protection order and not this. Imagine paying $1500 for one hour in court that you lost and wanting more money. Stay away from this law firm.
