We currently offer physical therapy in West Virginia at our Hedgesville, Spring Mills, Martinsburg, and Berkeley Springs locations. We will soon be expanding throughout the Eastern Panhandle. I mostly deal with Cary. She is highly skilled in her job, a pleasure to talk to and understands my needs. All of the physical therapists are nice to talk to and they know what to do for each patient. As we all have different needs to heal and get back to 100% or close to it as possible. Even the secretaries are very nice and helpful. Thank you all for what you do for us, the patients.
I went here for a couple months and it was great. Had my appointments with a few different PTs from their office and every one of them did an amazing job and I felt I was in good hands the entire time. Recommend a family friend to this office but he ended up going to a Rankin in Inwood. He still loves it! You guys know what you're doing!
The physical therapy was good.I liked the massage from Brent the most it helped my neck&back so much& didn't hurt as much afterwards,I felt relief& it released the tightest in my shoulders.He gave me a stretch band to use at home.I may return after the flu& Covid season.
Excellent care. The therapy sessions really made a significant difference in my mobility. The therapists are all very good and always make patients feel welcomed and comfortable. The reception staff always great patients with friendliness and always try to accommodate sessions at a convenient time for the patient (it's not always possible but they do try). Overall I highly recommend.
Excellent service. I had a major injury to my shoulder and ALL the therapists made me feel at home. They were very professional and knowledgeable as well as caring. I highly recommend Rankin in Martinsburg on Tavern Rd. 5
