We used Mr. Henry for mediation against a large utility company. Hands down the most effective mediation I've been a part of. His genuine desire to get parties to agree, combined with his legal expertise and patience, made this as good an experience as possible, considering I was very angry with the parties on the other side. Hopefully, I won't find myself needing another mediation in Martinsburg, WV, but if I do, no question who I'll be using!

Never actually got to meet this lawyer but was not treated like he really needed another client. We arrived early for our appointment and noticed a sign above the door, " your lack of proper planning doesn't constitute an emergency on my part". We thought oh cool, a guy who respects others time. This was not the case. We were told to have a seat and he would be with us shortly. 17 mins after our scheduled appointment time we were told he was running behind. 30 minutes past our appointment time we still hadn't been called back. We decided to leave. While I can't review him personally, that was a bad 1st impression for a prospective client. We were asked if we wanted to reschedule when notifying them we were leaving. We declined and have decided to use another attorney.

Thoroughly explains the law and situation. Very knowledgeable and experienced. He is kind and has the best intentions to give you the correct advice.

Just got off the phone with this attorney. One of the worst calls I've ever had. I never leave reviews for anything but this guy was the rudest person I've come across in a very long time. Get help learning how to talk with people. Keep your stress and bad attitude to yourself. Horrible customer service
