Good service once we spoke with a person but we were surprised when the notary contacted us to do the closing without our agent knowing we were closing, and without us having received copies of the documents beforehand. The web link did not accept my bank info but that could have been the banks fault. I felt a bit of a lack of communication in this case but I may be the exception. I received emails from 4 different people so little bit to keep up with. In the end it all worked out just fine.

Process was seamless, we had a small hiccup with some minor things. However, overall a great experience, appreciated the phone calls and updates from Lindsey!
