They did a fabulous job coming in great on a real estate closing after our attorney was poor. I'd had some contact with Daniel Yon from our rental. Made the mistake of not using his firm for our buy. Mr. Yon is really good, and responsive. And busy. So he relies on his staff too, and they were excellent as well. Top notch service, fair rates. Everyone who I have met who worked with him raves. I do too.

They do not like to answer their phone calls during their business hours.

Trying to pay my CHH medical bill account off the right way with these guys and the bank sends me a new debit card. Most automatic payment accounts come out of my checking account not my actual card so I forget to update it with them. No communication from them stating there was an issue at all. Not a letter, nor a call. 2 months go by without a payment. I do not even know anything is wrong and today I get served with a wage garnishment letter for the balance plus some court fees. I called to find out what went wrong and yes I guess it was my fault for the expired debit card, all this could have been remedied with a simple letter in the mail, which they love to send normally, or a phone call. Why do you need all that information such as my phone number if you're not going to call me and say , hey something's wrong with your card. So now theres nothing they can do to stop the garnishment until the debt is paid in full. Like I stated, I was automatically paying this off for some time before this happened. Thanks for all the trouble.

Seriously the mob. You have zero recourse. If they say you owe Cabell Huntington money, you owe it. Never mind that you never received a bill for that amount. If BCY&S say you owe it? You're going to court. They'll come after you with a baseball bat and break your shins. If you live in Huntington, you WILL be sued by BCY&S. FREAKING VULTURES. I wish I could give them zero stars

Don't fall behind on your medical bills. They'll send BC&Y after you and no worries, they'll completely change the agreement on you. So professional to change the amount and due date of the agreement. Good riddance Cabell.
