He is a lame brained inept man. He was hired for an estate and did more harm to the estate with his ineptitude then eventually threw a temper tantrum when he was asked to do the job he was hired to do instead of giving excuse after excuse why he wasn't like "It's deer hunting season in Clarksburg everything slows down" or whining about what's not his fault. The final straw was when he literally lost his composure to the point where I questioned his mental stability. Needless to say he didn't do any work for the estate yet had the nerve to bill the estate $5,000 more than the $2,000 he was already paid for doing nothing. In the end I did the work myself and represented my family and achieved the result we had hired him to do. He's the Forrest Gump of attorneys who more than likely not live up to his responsibilities to his clients.

I retained this man for two properties. To sell my home in Shinnston WV and do a Land Contract in Clarksburg WV. He screwed up the monthly payments on the land contract by over a 100 bucks. I have been trying for 6 weeks to have him correct it. Being told it is not a priority. The new owner of the house I sold in Shinnston is now receiving a TAX BILL for a rental property I own in Clarksburg. This lawyer is a total screw up. At the closing on the house we sold, we were dupped into paying the closing costs, Title Prep and title insurance, this came to over a thousand dollars. We learned later at a closing those are the things a BUYER is supposed to pay, NOT THE SELLER. I am going to have to file a WV State Bar complaint to get this whole mess fixed. RUN AWAY from this one! July 2017
