I would like to personally thank Mr. Henry, Katherine and all of the office staff for helping us through our very trying time of my husband having to retire early and unexpectedly due to a cancer diagnosis that led to him having to go on disability. I have called the office several times with questions about our situation and everybody I've encountered on the phone goes above and beyond the call of duty to help in any way they can!!! Forewarned, no communication nor information as a case is ongoing for over 4 years as well as nothing accomplished with a SS case that the injury person had to return to work multiple times and still having issues from the accident but feeding your family is greater than letting them starve! "Free", you get what you pay for! Seems you will do more productive information then your lawyer as for prolonging and asking for continuing from the law judge he's a Winner but for justice cause a employer has gotten you hurt on the job good luck! The employer is to find a task you can perform , regulations to retraining since they accepted the injury as well as payment of 66.2/3 pay that was discontinued as well as finding a position at the job was both never heard of again, the company still owes back pay as well as settlement from future suite which seems this lawyer isn't going to win or did he take the money and ran which heard he'll settle out and keep you in the dark waiting till the time frame expires! Seeking advice from another lawyer as well as possible transferring to them to handle the case as we speak!!
