Left bill I had. Setup to pay the balance. After the 60 days there was a balance of $79 and I was never contacted. I was under the impression that would close the bill out. I got a new judgment for 258 dollars. I called. Was told I needed to pay the balance in full by one agent. I politely asked to speak with the manager. the manager Luke came on. I'm sure he deals with some that don't want to pay. However he listened, researched the account and called me back within 10 minutes and resolved the issue of just paying the balance that was owing. Good customer service for sure.
