Left bill I had. Setup to pay the balance. After the 60 days there was a balance of $79 and I was never contacted. I was under the impression that would close the bill out. I got a new judgment for 258 dollars. I called. Was told I needed to pay the balance in full by one agent. I politely asked to speak with the manager. the manager Luke came on. I'm sure he deals with some that don't want to pay. However he listened, researched the account and called me back within 10 minutes and resolved the issue of just paying the balance that was owing. Good customer service for sure.

My partner has been having trouble getting ahold of Yakima Adjustments for a very long time. They never answer their phones and she keeps sending them voicemails to call her back but they never do. She wanted a statement to see how much she has left of paying off her medical bill. She keeps demanding for them to send her a statement to see how much she has left, but not once have they sent her a statement. They first garnished her wages from work. Now, they sent her a letter to her work and now she's paying attorney fees all because they don't answer their phones so she can get some sort of help resolving her medical bill. This place is a joke to get any help. I've seen the stress that they have caused my partner. I just wished they'd at least answer their phones so she can get some sort of resolution in regards to her bill.

Absolutely terrible experience I had a medical bill from 2021 and didn't know about it till they sent me a letter with a court appearance. It was for $200 and I would of paid it but the interest they put on it jacked it up to $600 and I got a lawyer to try and help me negotiate it down since I was 18 at the time I was sleeping in my car and extremely low income I tried to get them to compromise to 425 so the original bill and some interest. But James Hurley basically said "I was young enough I can work and pay off the amount he's not settling lower" now I have to pay $900 which is outrages and they are garnishing my paychecks...I didn't know they were doing that till my job called me after I got my paystub. So now I'm having to bury myself into more debt because my paychecks are being deducted and never gonna be more than 1100 so I cant afford my bills or put food in my home. The people in this office say they pride themselves on helping people but they are only interested in helping stuff their own wallets.

I wish there were a rating lower than one star for this collection agency. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I tried to discuss a payment plan, they were dismissive and rude, showing no empathy or understanding of my situation. Their tactics were nothing short of bullying. They used aggressive language and threats, which only served to escalate the situation rather than resolve it. It felt like dealing with a playground bully rather than a reputable business. Furthermore, their lack of transparency is alarming. Despite numerous requests for documentation and clarification on charges, they were unable to provide any coherent explanation. It's as if they operate in a shadowy realm where accountability and honesty are optional. In conclusion, I urge anyone (Kittitas Valley Healthcare) considering utilizing this collection agency's services to think twice. Their unprofessionalism and unethical practices make them a liability rather than an asset. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable company to handle your collections needs.

These people are leaches. Heaven forbid people have hard times. They will insure you file bankruptcy or pay 1000 times what you owe. They violated HIPPA laws by sending copies if my original debt that was a medical bill. I paid the original bill off and 3,000 left in fees and course costs, repeated garnishments. They refused to settle. Horrible, horrible people. Do not agree to anything, do not sign anything.
