We trusted Shawn Murphy to guide and protect us through a deeply personal and complex custody matter. What we received instead was silence, passivity, and a complete lack of advocacy when it mattered most. We raised concerns early. We asked for strategy. We asked for a Guardian ad Litem to ensure fairness in advance. We were told "no, you don't want to do that." When the opposing party launched a campaign of shame-based filings, distortions, and unfounded allegations, and strategically got a GAL assigned, there was no defense mounted--no preparation, no coaching, no warning.
