My Experience with Sunlight Law PLLC. I recently called seeking an employment attorney and explained that I've been under significant stress. During the call, I felt the representative was impatient when I went off-topic, and instead of continuing to discuss my legal needs, they asked about my mental health history, including whether I had seen a therapist or received counseling for depression. While such questions might be appropriate in some contexts, I felt they were unnecessary and not handled with sensitivity. I was hoping for understanding and reassurance but instead left the call feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend contacting this firm.

Sunlight helped me with a wrongful termination suit. They are a great group of people to work with. The staff is friendly and professional. Favian has his client's best interest in mind.

I had the pleasure of working with Favian Valencia while attending the prestigious Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming. We spent a month together in a highly charged, highly emotional psychodrama training. It is here that I saw Favian rise above the problems and find viable solutions. When everyone else was ready for bed, Favian was offering free yoga classes which became extremely popular after just a few nights. Favian is an attorney that I would trust my my own case. He is compassionate, caring, honest, hardworking, and intelligent. I truly look froward to working with him again.

You should probably update your listings and your websites. They do not do civil litigation you might want to call them and ask them but if anyone understands the time it takes to call and talk to lawyers it's kind of tedious to not be able to read in their bio what they actually do. Hopefully they actually defend and represent their clients better

I hired Fabian for my immigration case and he doesn't have any idea in regards consulate processing, the day of my appointment in Juarez back in may of 2018 the official told me that I needed another waiver(I-601) because I brought my daughter with me into USA and my lawyer could of applied for it while I was in the USA same as he did with my I-601A ,right after my interview I contacted Fabian's office to explain what happened and to see what was my next step and his responded was sorry I won't be able to help you and just gave me a few lawyers name thank God I had the money to hired a different lawyer(Tamerton Granados) and pay for the waiver thank God after 10 months I'm back home with my family in the USA so my recommendation is if your seeking consulate processing look for a different lawyer.
