Mr. Gilbert changed my Dad's durable POA from me to my sister, who has been on disability for nearly a decade for HD a degenerative brain disease that robs you of you critical thinking skills and gets worse over time. Mr. Gilbert never contacted me and I am just finding out about this 2 years after ....due to my own investigation. My sister has been blocking me from any access to my Dad over these last 2 years. And I still haven't seen him. My sister sold his house last year according to Zillow. Dad has severe dementia. Sorry Dad. We tried to put protections in place ... but... This lawyer is UNETHICAL.
