I would like to convey my sincere gratitude and review of Miss Nicole Hankins and her firm. When we first spoke, she communicated every detail of my case to me in layman terms and language that eased my concern of the legal issues I faced as much as they could have been. Upon recieving any legal notification from the court or the prosecution's office she always contacted me directly and kept me abreast of what exactly our options would be and at the same time was honest of all possible outcomes, harsh or not. Something to note, two things unusual to my case which may have made me, being the client, frazzled and her being my defense counsel perplexed, were due to Covid 19 virus all court hearings were conducted over telephone or Zoom meetings and in my specific case I was out of state during the entire time of my court process, both of which she made me feel very much at ease and her also new to at least the Covid 19 Zoom hearings, handled both aspects as if she were well seasoned for the task which not only did she give me 100% of the time my case needed she also got me an outcome we had planned on. My charge was reduced as a result to her expertise in the matters of law and the logistics in which she handled communications to the other side, and my penalties were lessened due to her advicement. My family and I thank Miss Hankins and not only do I feel legally obligated to adhere to the law I also feel an even more moral self awareness to being a law abiding citizen, I really feel I'd be letting her down as much as myself if I did anything different.
