Steve Smith was very helpful and responsive in helping me with a matter from a bully RE Agent. Everyone at the firm was kind and courteous. I will use them for all legal matters in the future.

Zero communication skills. Have called several times, Left detailed messages. No call backs. If you don't have any new information, just say so. Would give zero stars if possible. Don't even waste your time with them.

Just Amazing! I highly recommend Steve Smith for Real Estate transactions. The one star reviews are from people that didn't use Davis Arneil. Just ignore them because my experience was beyond 5 stars. Steve was helpful even before payment. He explained exactly what was needed and a clear price to do the job. Rather than do it myself, I wanted an experienced attorney to do the work instead. Wise choice because what was given to me was extremely detailed and displayed experience beyond my expectations. Fast with communication. Straightforward. Trustworthy. Knowledgeable, Confident. Yes, I will be using this firm again for my next real estate deal... Sadly they are too busy to take on any new clients and won't be for the foreseeable future. Was very bummed out. Customer service was great however. Denise was very helpful and courteous!

I called this law office and spoke with someone who I was referred too about my car accident case. After hearing my case via phone with the lady I was referred to, she said she would oversee the case and have someone else in the law firm take the case due to being overloaded with other cases. I was clear what kind of case I had and was still advised to meet with an attorney in thier office. I Was never advised to go to a small claims bodily injury attorney. After the meeting I was told I would receive my paper work back that following Monday. I waited all day Monday no call. I called Tuesday and no call or email. Called Wednesday morning and asked what is going on and was told again I would receive a call back. I needed my paper work back so I could move forward with the adjusters with my car accident claim. I called before they closed stating I need my paper work back. I decided just to go in and get my items in person and see why I am not receiving any responses or my paperwork back. 30 minutes after leaving the law firm I was messaged a denial letter for representation of my case and 500$ bill.
