I don't even know where to begin. Back in 2016 when I was confronted with a legal custody case with my then infant, I was terrified and somewhat in shock I was going through this. Arianna was my hero through all of this... She was compassionate, smart, and one heck of fighter in the court room. She has all the qualities one would need in an Attorney.

All I can say is take your money and RUN! This place is TERRIBLE! If I could give it zero stars I would. We came to Shannon for a simple Child support adjustment. She charged us $300.00 just to talk to us. She sold herself like a used car salesmen stating she could easily take care of this for us and had us put a $3,000.00 retainer down. In the month to follow she literally did NOTHING! She stated I should get a domestic protection order for me ex. All she did was print papers off with no assistance had me fill them out which took forever, only then to tell me it is not going to work... What? Then why would she have me do this in the first place. I proceeded to get a no contact order on my own, and guess what I got it, without her help. Also she clearly can't read because on my documents I gave her the first meeting she said she could change it easily as it wasn't a court order... Only to have her tell me within two weeks she could do nothing because it is indeed a court order.. HUH? In total she cost me over 800 dollars. I got NOTHING from it, she was unclear and confused. All I can say is save yourself the financial burden and take your money elsewhere. I now have a good lawyer who only asked for 2,000 down and guess was, I got exactly what I needed for 600 bucks. So angry she wasted my time and money!!

Arianna is an amazing attorney! I had spoke with a few other attorneys in the Wenatchee Valley before choosing her to represent me. When I came to her I had no idea what I was doing but her and Blanca helped me through every step of the way during my divorce. They were not only there for me, but my children as well. She listens to you and makes sure your children come first. Arianna has experience and it clearly shows.

If I could have given NO starts I would. Save your money, time, and the financial burden they will cause. Shannon has the lowest or to be honest worst work ethics if she even has any. to gain business Shannon has to talk so bad about other attorneys in the area trying to make her self look all fearless and the end only sits back and sees how things go like a little chihuahua all cornered. All you will get is the run around from her and never available schedules appointments and never shows up. Instead of helping the situations families go through Shannon makes things more difficult and in reality don't seam to know what she is doing. Worst service in my life.

Save yourself the unessicary burden and waste of money. Not to mention the completely uncompassionate and uncaring attitude towards a very sensitive subject. This being your childs life. Please trust these reviews honestly I would of been so much better off without an attorney and saved thousands of dollars, just don't want anyone else to have to go through this terrible experience. Was charged 100$ because they were calling a phone that broke, on the invoice it said leaving voicemails.... so please notice the only reason they are rated anything more than a half a star is because Arianna herself gave herself 5 stars and someone with the same last name did too....
