Deplorable. I went to Peter and what I got was condescending. He repeated himself multiple times as if I wasn't listening, though I had even acknowledged that I heard him say it. He needs to take a tape-recorder and listen to his horrible "bed-side" manner. I have to wonder if it was because my wife went to speak with him once too.
