I highly recommend William Ball. He helped me navigate the complicated system of custody and represented me as the person I am and in the end saved our family from being lost in a system that was trying to keep our family from healing and working. Mr Ball was very helpful to me in handling problems related to a complicated international divorce. He managed to help me carry out the settlement order of the overseas divorce court, which was difficult given that my ex would not assist or communicate in any way. William was the opposing council in a series of hearings related to parenting time, a restraining order, contempt of court allegation, and spousal support in which I was involved. He cost both sides thousands of dollars which did not need to happen. He was unprepared and looked dazed and confused during the hearings. He encouraged his client to file a FAPA (restraining order) that was reckless and abusive of the system according to the judge. Before the hearing, he drafted and sent a letter to my attorney stating that they would seek criminal charges against me if we did not negotiate on parenting time which was extortion and I intend to notify the district attorney of his actions. Not only did he and his client lose on all matters before the court, he still encouraged his client to file an appeal. I would steer clear of this attorney.
