John recently helped my mom and I figure out a power of attorney and some other estate issues, and he was just great!! He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and was very helpful and accommodating to our situation. I was helping a friend by doing some research. I placed a call to his office in the morning, but he was in court. Mr. Lutgens did return my call that afternoon. I informed him that my friend had committed to another attorney already. Despite that, he asked me a few questions regarding the case, and gave me some very useful information.
