I really appreciated how flexible he was and that I never felt like he was running up the clock just to bill more hours. Invoices were always clear and timely, and the whole process was straightforward and low-fuss. He helped us navigate my mother's estate, which included a trust and a house that wasn't in the trust. He gave great advice, stepped in when needed (like helping manage a realtor who wasn't acting in our best interest), and gave me the information I needed to confidently take on tasks myself--saving time and money. Sans Gilmore was very warm, direct and professional. He listened to what I thought I needed and offered his advice and his reasons why I would be better going in a different direction.
