John gave me a sense of relief! I was treated with actual kindness and compassion that I didn't expect. I am very happy with Attorney John Sterbick that I referred couple of clients that received the same care. I was taken care of and made to feel comfortable with the situation at hand. Mr. Sterbick was so kind and helpful. He was not out to just take our money. He was honest and gave us a sense of relief about what to do moving forward. If we ever had any problems in the future, we would go here.

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. John assured me he could help with my case but 4 years later I was finally told that I wouldn't win unless I spent crazy money going to court and I should just set up a payment plan. He never remembered me or my case. He never gave progress reports. His communication, if you could call it that, was extraordinarily lacking. If I called and set up an appointment, he was never prepared. I'd have to remind him who I was, why I was calling, the details of my case, etc. At the end of everything I sent in an email detailing all the reasons why I feel like he just took my money and produced nothing and requested my money back. Big surprise, never heard from him. He made claims that he did do some things in my favor on the case but I never saw any proof of that. Anyway, my experience with this guy was by far the worst and got me nowhere but he drug it out for 4 years. So, I'd be seriously cautious if you're considering working with him.

John and his team of paralegals were awesome and very helpful in gathering all the creditor information for the schedules. It may seem like a lot at first, but they keep you on track so that it is all tied together nicely, and when court comes for the question and answers with the Trustee they are quick and easy.

John Sterbick is nothing short of a professional con artist and manipulator who preys on people in vulnerable situations. He will initially promise the world and then the follow through is disgusting at best. He only cares about quick upfront fees and wasting your time, energy and monies. He is absolutely the worst investment I made in a situation with a business partner getting our LLC into a huge tax liability. Once he has your money you will only be net with excuses or ghosting and no response or actions taken. PLEASE look elsewhere! If you have questions on my personal experience with this firm..... Look me up and reach out. This man is a predator who exploits people in vulnerable positions. The damages he personally caused me is well over 6 figures. I will NOT REST until this man is out of business.
