Attorneys did not even ask about his will as my brother had it done to add myself as his beneficiary of any of his payouts from his benefits from his laborers union. Now have to go through another attorney to file for what should have been done through them . My brother passed away on the 21st of June, and recieved a letter to our mother, saying he was no longer representing him.
