I've worked with many attorneys throughout my life time, career etc.. I did not think finding a lawyer like Rob Cossey was possible. I've never seen a lawyer put his full heart into caring so much about his clients. I've never seen a lawyer pull out all the stops to protect his clients. I was referred to Rob Cossey by another lawyer's office. Rob was the only lawyer this other firm would recommend. I was in need of a huge miracle; I was at the end of my rope in an impossible situation. Rob Cossey took my case when no other Attorney would even touch my case. Rob saw through the past destruction of my previous attorney(s)... Rob Cossey took over my case with just a few weeks to prepare before having to represent me; I came to Rob Cossey's office with an incomplete, inaccurate discovery done by my previous lawyer; Without a doubt with very little time to spare...with not all our families assets on the table...Rob was able to get best possible financial outcome for me and my two boys. I needed a lawyer with a huge heart, a lawyer that serves truth, a lawyer with unbelievable perception, intelligence, and integrity; I needed a lawyer that was so well established in himself as a person that he would not give in to political influence and fight for me with everything he had..I never once saw Rob get swayed by polics; What I did see in my observations...is how much the legal community has the upmost respect for Rob Cossey...he's the best of the best in Spokane. As we are wrapping things up Rob Cossey is right there making sure that I'm well protected and taken care of. You don't even know how priceless that is! Rob is God sent and he's continuing to bless our community abundantly.

If I could give no stars I would.... cossey is the the rudest un professional lawyer I ever met.. I drove 45 minutes from elk to have a consultation this guy had a room full of people to listen to my vulnerable situation then decided he was going to stand while your scared and proceeded to put his coat and tie on ....led me to internal affairs with out protected my rights and saying I don't need a Warrent. has a very scuff attitude this is someone who has no respect period. Who has a room full of people while sharing something very personal Very unacceptable, very lawyer misconduct if you want respect don't go here. Zero stars

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Kelly Sawyer at Robert Klossy's office to represent me in a parenting plan and DVPO case. I can confidently say that this was the most unprofessional, unethical, and incompetent legal service I have ever encountered. From the start, it was clear that Kelly's focus was more on superficial appearances than providing competent legal representation. Her "gimmick" of wearing pink seemed to be the only aspect of her work that stood out. Throughout my interactions with her, I was consistently treated with disrespect. There were several instances where she yelled at me over the phone, creating an extremely hostile and unprofessional environment. In one particular email exchange, after I pointed out over 30 typos in a legal document, she shockingly responded by accusing me of making her feel like she was experiencing domestic violence. Kelly also fabricated scenarios that never happened, insisting we include false information in legal responses. This approach directly harmed my case, as a judge later referenced one of these false claims during a hearing. Her lack of respect from commissioners and judges in Spokane was evident, and it affected my case's outcome. Her unprofessional behavior extended beyond the courtroom. She unnecessarily escalated conflict by cursing at the stepmother of the defendant, further complicating an already difficult co-parenting situation. Rather than helping, her actions made things worse and were even brought up in court as a detriment. On top of her unprofessional conduct, Kelly consistently charged me for work that was either never completed or never submitted to the court. I was billed over $3,000 for services that I never received, nor did the court. It became clear that her billing practices were dishonest and exploitative. One of the most disturbing experiences was when Kelly called me on speakerphone with other people in her office listening in, laughing at my serious concerns. This blatant disregard for client confidentiality and professionalism was shocking and incredibly disheartening. Kelly's lack of preparation was another glaring issue. Her idea of preparing for court was walking from her office to the courthouse while chain-smoking, with no meaningful work being done on the case. Her poor personal hygiene, including consistently bad breath and visibly poor dental health, only added to the overall lack of professionalism. In summary, I strongly urge anyone seeking legal representation to avoid Kelly Sawyer and Robert Klossy's office at all costs. Their behavior is not only unprofessional but unethical. They seem to prey on vulnerable individuals in desperate situations. There are far better and more affordable options available. Save yourself the stress, time, and money by seeking competent legal counsel elsewhere.

I only have two words for this review. ETHICS VIOLATIONS! I did not deal with Mr. Cossey but he should be appalled at the women who run his firm. They have no self-respect or dignity. They use their poor personal stories to make you feel like they care. Kelly is the worst. Her foul mouth and lack of self care should make you run far away. They charge you for everything without telling you and are very deceptive. They take your money with no results.

Family court is hard enough as it is and finding a good lawyer is even harder. Finding Robert Cossey & Associates was a blessing!! They did an amazing job on my case, they walked me through everything, they answered all of my questions along the way and they really vested themselves in my case. PS Cherrish is amazing!!
