Don't waste your time. Hired for family law $10,000 wasted. The team kept us busy, though we never once met the attorney himself. Assigned some young attorney, charging us for every conversation they initiated, for absolutely nothing, not one thing to be filed on my behalf. They collected statements, witness lists and evidence to just sit on it. Left me in a worse position with my custody than when they started. And after causing me to lose my kids, they hit me with another $4,000 bill. It's only greed that fuels these attorneys, they could care less the damage they leave in their wake.

David was extremely helpful and willing to answer any additional questions along the way. He was always available by phone or in person meetings. His staff and team were great, very friendly and worked on things in a time efficient manner. Thank you for everything!

They were on the ball with everything! Very upfront with me and let me know when I was over the line with my requests on my former husband. This is an emotional situation, divorce. Time management seemed to be one of his greatest downfalls, did not seem to have studied my daughter's cases before hand, he was hired to defend a client, showing up for court, very unorganized and unprepared..Overly direct with client at one point, meeting in his office to pay him, handing him $5000 to take the case, he decided to be overly direct to the point of being down right rude to her.. She wasn't being heard, and couldn't understand, what he was talking about. They parted ways, he Kept the money, for over a year until she was arrested, then called me to see if, he was her counsel! Said, we needed to discuss money, he said, no issue, he showed in court twice, off to prison she went. At release, he no showed her zoom court! Rescheduled, he showed! This no show caused me to have to turn around 1/4 of the way to Boise ID to pick her up, had to make a second attempt late in the afternoon, two days later, to make sure he showed for court, she was released! I would not use him in the future, watching the unprofessionalism displayed was unbearable at times! He could be amazing with a little more effort to each individual case! I also don't believe, the three times in court equaled up to $5000... Never sent a receipt of charges, guess we'll never know!
