I have been working with Lukins & Annis now for two years, and I must say that all the staff I have interacted with are truly professional. I hired an attorney who worked at another firm but he moved to Lukins and Annis at some point. I only hired him based off of a family friend recommendation and had to fire him. After many thousands of dollars no lawsuit was ever filed and they kept billing me. To this day they keep billing me. I tried to work something out but since I gained NOTHING from their representation except thousands of dollars of billings, I refused to pay the final bill.

I hired Adam to form an LLC for me and what I would consider to be a semi complex partnership agreement. I found the billing and the service to be more than acceptable. Based on my experience I highly recommend Lukins and Annis for entity formations.

It took 4 weeks for thomas to return my call just to tell me he didn't look at my grandmother's information. He even lied and said I needed another attorney to handle a simple title transfer. Everything they refused to do I was able to do at Forbes and Forbes in one day. I didn't have to hire 3 lawyers for the different issues just one who actually know law and wants to help
