Unethical Conduct and Possible Over Billing Very Disappointing Experience I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this firm during my divorce case. One of the paralegals behaved inappropriately by making personal advances toward me, which was completely unprofessional and crossed ethical boundaries. At a time when I needed support and clarity, this behavior added unnecessary stress. Additionally, I feel there may have been double billing for several services, being charged by both the paralegal and the attorney for the same work. When I raised the issue, I was met with vague explanations and no accountability. This felt like an attempt to take advantage during an already difficult time. If you're looking for legal support that is both ethical and respectful, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. * in response to your reply. You did call immediately after I left a bad review. However, you not once responded to my emails, or phone calls for a month prior. Not one, you showed no such care. Not until I left a bad review, and then you called and asked me to remove it, while not responding to any of my issues. Hence the need to leave you a bad review. As a member of our community and local chamber of commerce, I would expect much more. You guys did in fact ignore me for months after losing our last hearing and taking thousands of dollars from me, to leave your work unfinished and unanswered. Only to call and ask me to remove a negative review that in my opinion was well earned.

If I could give this "law firm" a zero I would. $6000 retainer was spent on one declaration one a motion with one court date. Court date was delayed by half a year and a month before trial. After wanting an itemized detailed invoice and wondering about the delays they put in a motion to withdraw and uploaded a declaration that released confidential information that the other party used to try and get an IRO. During the IRO they Failed to show up to a court date and tell me about it until day of. They withdrew and left me with 3 court dates on the same day and one court date(IRO) the other party was using their declaration. did NOT communicate after I expressed concerns and goals for my case. Filed continuances on my behalf without consulting with me. I would HIGHLY advise you to choose another firm.
