Jeff Whalley and his team are amazing. Here's why. Too many family law attorneys are more interested in being friendly with other attorneys -- and they're not so interested in fighting as hard as possible for you. The way they see things is that they need to "get along" with opposing counsel (because they encounter each other somewhat frequently). The problem is that this professional courtesy comes at a steep cost to you. Mr Whalley realizes this and makes you his primary focus. He's not interested in making new lawyer buddies. Instead, he's laser-focused on making sure you get what you deserve. I had a particularly challenging divorce case that involved an international kidnapping. Mr Whalley fought for me -- and I won absolutely everything, including full custody, the house, and nearly all other assets. Given the intransigence of and crimes committed by the opposing party, true justice demanded this outcome, and Mr Whalley made sure I got it. Prior to hiring Mr Whalley, I had two attorneys who (to put it gently) were not up to the task. Mine was a difficult case that required a fighter. You're in good hands if you choose Mr Whalley to represent you. He has my highest recommendation.

The team of Whalley Law are an example of how a legal practice can be both successful in practice and engage in the community. The "Great Egg-Venture" Easter egg hunt, is a great example! A community event with 100,000 eggs, free food and over 3,000 people attending! Lexi is great! She was extremely helpful and professional in helping a friend navigate her dissolution. I have been a client of whalley law for about 7yrs now. They represented my originally family law case. My current family law case my family law case w my younger daughter a cps case and an auto accident case. They are all so helpful. And so nice they have worked w us so much especially when its been financially hard. They are on the spendy side but one u get what u pay for and 2 family law is spendy anyways but again so worth it.
