The service provided was consistently unsatisfactory and is not recommended. I experienced significant delays and communication issues, including unanswered calls and frequent voicemail. (I would call using an alternative telephone number, and the recipient would respond.)Furthermore, I was subjected to repeated requests for document resubmission and a lack of progress updates. I was informed that the assigned case work was no longer with the firm and was subsequently assigned to another caseworker. A month later I was informed my 2nd case worker Diana Rivas, had done nothing with my case, there was zero progress established. I am now on my 3rd case worker. I was also given inaccurate and misleading information regarding the DACA process. This firm is not recommended for immigration legal advice, as they are unable to deliver the services paid for!
