The absolute worst closing company in all of Spokane. As a realtor that has been doing it for years, Ford law is the absolute worst communicator and won't even tell you when a transaction closes. Do NOT close a real estate transaction with them. For anything else who knows how they operate but if they operate the same as in real estate, do NOT use them for anything.

I reached out to Stephen Ford to inquire about a real estate matter regarding an easement. The five minute conversation I had with him trying to explain the situation was one of the rudest, most unprofessional and condescending conversations I've had in years. Use anyone else.
