If they had a backbone I wouldn't lost my case. Here's my point if someone breaks their back ,and has multiple knee surgeries, and written off as disabled by the attorney Generals office himself, it only took a little old lady in the corner to say I could work as a DOT worker ,when I sent them a packet of doctor chart notes, and other tests that were paid for showing I could not walk more then 15 mins, and as my attorney he should of stopped and read that document from L&I ,but instead he let the court think I could just go out and walk up and down a freeway, stumbling and limping, and no one should of said something? This is why? I sent the entire 10 years of evidence that was imperative toy case,and I was told they didn't need it. And clearly you all did cause you lost worst then I ever seen a court case a intern has more backbone. Help people or quit! Yes I found a way better lawyer who actually listens and not ran by 3 or 4 people. I get probono but the money you would got would been beneficial but again speak up for these clients and don't let some little old lady with no degree ruin your case and if they can you need a refund on your degree.
