Paul and his team, especially Cathy, took incredible care of me. I had issues that went untreated after a doctor released me back to work before needed testing was completed. I'm now getting the care I need to recover and return back to work. Had it not been for all of their hard work I would be rotting away with a TBI, a damaged cranial nerve, and more. I owe this office and all of the people in it so much. I have the life I have now because of them. This is a firm you can trust with your case and ultimately your life as I had to. We ended up contacting their office towards the end of a workers comp claim for my husband. We initially tried handling as much as we could; got overwhelmed and saw their ad in one of the Coffee News flyers and contacted them. Met with Cathy to see if they could help; she was very upfront and said we had been doing fine so far but explained their costs if we chose to use them. She gave suggestions if we wanted to continue on our own. Since we had come so far we figured we'd try to finish getting the claim resolved, but it was just getting more complicated - back and forth with attorney, paper work, etc. so we finally called them up to ask Paul Bryan to take over. Covid happened so we never got to meet with Paul but he did a great job; worked out a decent settlement and we found everyone in their office (which also includes Juliet handling the main desk) to be professional, friendly and always got back to us in a timely manner. I was never given my rights by my employer when I got injured. After a year of mistreatment and being mangled by their doctor, I took all my papers to Catherine. Back in 2012 I sustained an on the job injury to my left knee and was placed on L & I. Five months later my wife and I had a meeting with the HR Director of where I was employed. Long story short I was being misrepresented by my employers, HR Director regarding Labor and industries guidelines and laws during a injured on the job. And with that my employers HR Director recommended that I resign which was totally baffling because it would automatically close my claim. I denied the request of course and at that point knew I needed to have some legal advice and representation. From start to finish it was pretty close to a three-year battle and Paul Bryan and his staff were there by my side step-by-step and at the end I did receive a full state medical disability.
