These guys aren't your typical ego driven law firm named after some rich lawyer. Pacific West Injury is built different, a unique beast in its own right. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME with this firm. When I was hit, they took my case, and said they would take care of corresponding with the insurance. They asked me to report how I was feeling regularly and I was diligent about it. Then my healthcare service providers realized they weren't getting paid - 7 months later - and refused to let me set appointments until it was resolved. I left messages but wouldn't get any straight answers in return. My massage therapist was the one who spent the time with my insurance to figure it our (apparently an internal error with the insurance company, they just needed someone to hound they about it.) BUT THEN out of the blue FOR NO REASON AT ALL, Pacific West suddenly dropped me from their case load - WITHOUT A REASON! Then they made it sound like they did me a favor for not charging me even though I now have to find a new lawyer and I WASTED ALL THOSE months working with them. I was hit - they said they would represent me, and 7 month later for no reason at all they dropped me.

Last July the mountains were out, and the weather was great. Around 2PM a drunk driver tboned me by Olimpia side, I was unsure of what to do next Luckily my Aunty Sarah called Pacific West Injury inquiring if they were able to help me and it was the best thing she has ever done for me!
