I was a potential client. I was sent a form to sign by text and email but neither one worked. Also, their website didn't work because of a "server failure". The form they wanted me to sign was to agree to a 40% take for them. I have worked with three other accident attorneys with 33%. The intake specialist said that it depends on the outcome but it could be 30%. If it doesn't say this on the document then it doesn't exist. I find it strange I was required to sign the form before I could consult with a lawyer. I was hit by a car as I was walking in the crosswalk. They asked if it was my fault or if the police issued a ticket to the driver. Even I know that WA state law says a pedestrian always has the right-of-way in a crosswalk.

I was involved in a minor car accident and my insurance company was unwilling to attempt to determine if the the other driver, who left the scene after exchanging our information but before the police arrived, was insured.
