Our experience with Telare Law started off very positive. They sent a thoughtful welcome care package and made us feel valued right from the beginning. It gave us confidence that we had chosen the right team to represent us. However, as time went on (over the course of more than a year and a half ) the communication became very disappointing. My husband and I often found ourselves having to reach out for updates, next steps, and general guidance. Our calls and emails frequently went unanswered, and we rarely received proactive communication from their team. To make things more difficult, we had several different people working on our case throughout the year, which made it feel like we were starting over each time. The lack of consistency and follow-through caused a lot of frustration and uncertainty about where things stood. The saving grace was our new lawyer, Carrie, who took over after the previous attorney left. She was excellent, responsive, clear, and transparent. She kept us informed and helped us understand exactly where we were in the process. In the end, we did get a good outcome, but the overall experience wasn't what we expected based on how it started. I wish the communication and consistency throughout had matched the level of care and professionalism that Carrie provided. Prior to Carrie, It often felt like we were doing the follow-up ourselves instead of receiving the regular updates we were promised.

Having worked in Law for a few years during college (specifically for vehicle insurance for at least two of those years), I know how slowly things can go when dealing with adjusters and courts. THIS is not that. As with others, first phone call was great. I was assured that this was a case worth taking on or I never would have proceeded with this firm. Since July '24 I have had this hanging over my head, causing unbelievable anxiety. It has now been over a year since I was rear-ended, had my truck totaled, had a witness and everything. My case has been passed off so many times I've now lost count. I've dealt with no less than six different people, all ensuring me that they were getting something accomplished "by end of the week" only to have them vanish and I start all over again. At the onset, I had to do a great deal of the discovery work myself, for the legal assistant who then left and thus left my case hanging. Nobody calls to say, "I got your case and here's what's happening now." EVER. The last call I had was all assurances that I am not being downgraded or pushed to the bottom of the case load because the payout doesn't look to be big enough (please, please stop pretending that's not how this works) and I think we know that is a lie. I was also spoken to as if I were being rude to express disappointment, that I feel I am being disrespected, and ultimately unfair in my asking if they wouldn't rather simply drop the case. They say they won't drop the case because it's just a simple matter of getting an adjuster on the phone, then they tell me the offer is too low so we are litigating, I say great let's do it, then they tell me nobody even started that process and the person who said they would left, then tell me the papers to start the process went out when they did not, then tell me no papers were ever sent to the court like I made it up. This whole process has been needlessly complicated, frustrating and now is infuriating! Why is turnover this extreme?! What kind of scam are you people running?! Why take my case only to do this when another firm might have gotten me the funds I deserve for being mindlessly rear ended and permanently hurt?! I might have had necessary funds to mitigate being unable to work ever again in my field, if it weren't for this bumbling bs (and a complicit medical system designed to defer to insurance rather than tell the truth of my actual condition)! This firm is unprofessional, inept and likely corrupt.
