My lawyer Richard forgot to do something before my deposition that made the process more difficult than it needed to be.
This caused me to lose confidence in his ability to handle my claim and contributed to me settling earlier than I might have otherwise.
I also think it's interesting after leaving a bad review with Coast Injury Medicine it was Richard that reached out asking if I would take it down.
Based on my experience, I would recommend a smaller office where attorneys may have more time to focus on their clients' cases.
