Coast Injury Medicine is a comprehensive medical clinic with pain fellowship-trained physicians offering a personal approach for patients with motor vehicle injuries. Starting with strong diagnostics and non-invasive therapies, we graduate to more specialized treatments only if necessary. We also work closely with other providers - including chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, naturopaths, family physicians, and surgical specialists. As interventional pain physicians, we often serve as co-pilots to help guide you through treatments you may need from other providers.

I was seen by PA-C Castle for my evaluations and follow up care. he is GREAT! He was very thorough and comforting through out my recovery. For my spine injection and treatment I was cared for by Dr Kinder. He was AMAZING and made me feel like I was in good hands. I trusted him through my whole procedure. I can also say the assistants did a wonderful job of caring for me as well! Thank you Renton team for the care and compassion you all put into your work.

Dr.Kinder is so skilled! He has helped me recover from my auto accident. His treatment is through and kind. Nguyen is his assistant she did blood draws and I didn't feel a thing. Andre has also been wonderful too. They really take time to inform you of treatment options and all procedures have been done so well for me. I had PRP and am so happy with the treatment. Highly recommend!!!
