Jason Anderson responded so quickly through email and we then set up a phone call. After the free consultation, it seemed better to make my response myself and take it in to clerk's office. He also said to make sure and send a certified response to plaintiff. I made my response using the information Jason suggested as well. I couldn't believe my eyes when I had a response from the lawyers with copies of motion to dismiss. I HIGHLY recommend them to you! (AND I personally highly recommend responding to a lawsuit instead of ignoring. I was going to ignore.) But reaching out to them clearly made a huge difference for me.
