I am VERY disappointed with this firm, Joseph in particular. And by reading the reviews what he's done to me is not uncommon. I met with him August of 2024, submitted all the paper work he requested...then have heard NOTHING! No email replies, no return phone calls, nothing! This is HIGHLY unprofessional! I am really disappointed because like with the rest of you, he took my case enthusiastically and gave me hope in a very traumatic situation! Steer clear from wolfley and wolfley!!

He was very sweet, but very forgetful. He completely ended all communication without any word wouldn't answer or return calls. It's like my case just completely dissolved in disappeared with him. I was very disappointed.

Was taken on as a client and promised they would help with my case. After confirming that I had a case we moved forward with it and then out of nowhere after more than a year I was dropped as a client. Also their receptionist never forwards the phone calls or relays the message, every time I call i rarely get a call back or the receptionist tells me my attorney is not available or out of town.

I just can't say enough good things about this law practice. Joseph Wolfley and his staff (Ms. Deana especially) are friendly, witty, kind, humble compassionate, and most importantly, good at what they do! Once accepted as a client, Joseph will fight for you and your case and make sure that you are well represented in court. In the most trying and difficult times, Joseph has a way of making his clients feel safe without overselling his abilities or potential outcomes. I feel cared for and well informed of my legal rights versus ethical violations, and where the intersection of the two exist within American law. I would highly recommend Wolfley and Wolfley to any in the (often unfortunate ) place of one needing legal representation.
