Several months after being severely injured by the neglect of a contractor, I walked into Celia Rivera's office not expecting much. I was just hoping for a little compassion after elbow and back surgery and months of grueling PT. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made and I'm so very grateful for Celia and her crew. From the first visit on, they spoke honestly about whether my case was worth pursuing and what they knew would and should happen as time progressed. Everyone at Rivera Law Offices treated me with respect and kindness. Getting compensation took a while because of COVID but Celia and her crew carried on and I cannot thank them enough. We had a pretty cut and dry case that turned into a nightmare because of the other party. Although it can be stressful dealing with the back and forth of insurance companies, Celia was very smart, efficient and determined to make sure the outcome was what would be the best for us, even if that meant her having other lawyers help and cutting out the profit for herself. I was involved in two accidents within three years of each other, which were not my fault. The first one was minor and unfortunately the second one was major which required me to taken to the hospital and subsequently had to have knee surgery. Rivera law offices took on my case both times. Both of the attorneys were very attentive, including gathering statements and working with the adjusters with the at fault parties as well as their follow up to the resolution of both cases. Their paralegal was great as well in following up with questions I had and gathering all the pertinent information relating to the accidents and communicating with me. I Would definitely recommend Rivera law offices to anyone who is needing a knowledgeable, competent law firm to help you in your time of need.

I was recommended to this firm after an auto injury by someone who had a great experience. I had the opposite. I found them to be highly unorganized and often confusing. Celia quite often called me by the wrong first name (which was insulting after a year on my case and gave the impression I wasn't receiving the attention my case deserved) and there are STILL unresolved issues with my insurance to this day (case closed months ago), to which I have to keep following up with them on. I also never saw the final offer officially documented by the insurance company who offered it, which I found odd. There are lots of attorneys to choose from and I personally would not recommend based off my experience.
