I would not recommend this law firm to anyone who doesn't want to feel like they're experiencing highway robbery. Delgado charged far more than what I believe was reasonable, especially considering how little work I saw actually being done on the case. Communication was poor, updates weren't made when he was provided specific instructions, and I constantly felt like we were paying for services that weren't being rendered until ultimately he was fired. If you value transparency, fair billing, and actual follow-through, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This was one of the most frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional experiences I've ever had with an attorney.

Terrible experience. This guy is a rip off and tried to take advantage of my situation to get more money off of me. I asked him to please discontinue his service and that I would pay all the work that he had already done for me because I had just had a baby and for this reason I wouldn't be able to work for a while. He said there was more work to be done and got angry at me and told me never to ask for his help again and hung up on me. He mailed me all the receipt of the work done and what I had payed. I was current on my payments to him but I just found out that I have a big collections fee from his business of the work he continued without my consent 7 years ago. This is so unfair. Beware DACA recipients.

Over 7 grand for one court date. And left important details out. Almost $2000 to look at my court hearings said he will an emergency case for $3000 I paid it the another $1000 now owe over $1600. My ex paid $1500 and won the case. I also did the foot of getting all evidence too.

Very bad experience with him. I would not recommend him.
