Mr. McWethy was the best possible lawyer I could have hired to represent me for my DUI. He practically got my case talked down to nothing compared to what it could have been and my life would be drastically different without having hired him. He was extremely reliable and maintained frequent correspondence with me, all while I lived out of state and the case would sometimes remain at a standstill for months. Even after the case he went above and beyond and continued to help me through to the end of all of the court's requirements. Hiring him will be the best decision anybody could ever make.

Lucas is an incredible lawyer - the amount of tickets I send this guy is almost obnoxious and the fact that he'll go to an extended length to fight them for you is amazing. He is someone that you can actually get a hold of and a solid human being. 10/10 would recommend. Not a paid ad.

Sharing my experience(s) with Mr McWethy. Had 2 very high traffic violations in the last year. My first time working with McWethy law firm I had a very good feel when talking to him. He took my case and to my surprise he had it cleared to the success of the violation not being on my record. Then came my 2nd very high traffic violation and I knew exactly who to call, again to my surprise and from his working with the Prosecutor I only had to take a class and again NOT on my record.
