To address this, I retained Walstead Law Firm to assist in transferring the case to King County. Despite numerous discussions with Nicole, my case failed to progress. The information provided regarding its resolution was vague and lacked transparency. Later, I was informed that the law firm had withdrawn from my case and that Nicole was no longer employed there. However, I later discovered that she remains with Walstead Law Firm, leaving me without guidance or support. I was only able to obtain my records after repeatedly reaching out on my own initiative. The firm's handling of my case was highly unprofessional, as they failed to communicate effectively, provided misleading information, and withheld necessary documentation in a timely manner.

I had a attorney there she was great handling my son's estate, then I got a letter she was leaving the firm no attorney available in this firm so I was left to go elsewhere to rehire attorney and start all over. No money left to start over so I'm left to take the party im suing to sm claims court on my own. I am not happy with the way this firm handled my case.
