This attorney was not willing to even discus an airtight case in which I was run down while crossing an intersection, and have had well documented medical paperwork of severe head trauma and seizures... because as he states it "if there is no insurance company to sue than it isn't worth his time"! An ambulance chaser of the worst degree, regardless of the factual evidence I've now found numerous attorneys willing to go after, if it wasn't a job he could do without working for it then he didn't want it...In other words, if he is willing to take your case you don't actually NEED a lawyer at all, he will only take cases which require no work at all, which makes me ask what the hell I need an attorney for to take 1/3 of what is a slam dunk case without this clown!

Scott did a fantastic job settling with Insurance company and my medical insurance. He was extremely helpful in guiding me to the point I needed his services. My settlement exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Scott.
