When I first received a call back, his legal assistant (Richard) was very thorough in asking for details, so that when Max called me, he had most of the necessary information ready to go. I was cut off by a car while riding my motorcycle. Other party involved initially accepted fault until insurance companies got involved then denied all involvement.
