Darcia Tudor

Garcia was a very calm and intelligent helper in our process of mediation. She went into another layer of understanding and compassion by having skills as a councillor. Unfortunately we had to move to a court of law to continue. I'm sorry we could not finish outside of a courtroom but Darcia gave both of us her best information based on facts that she knows from years studying and practicing family law. I'd recommend her to friends, family and anyone who needs a calm and reasonable presence during what is often a very trying time.

Darcia has been my Parenting Coordinator for little over a year now, helping to improve communication with my co-parent. Following a very high conflict divorce, my co-parent has continued to be very autocratic and antagonistic. Darcia has been instrumental in helping me not just disengage emotionally from the verbal conflict, but to really develop new ways of thinking in how I approach my co-parent. It's easy to get stuck in patterns when you've been in conflict for a long time. It has been incredibly helpful to have someone with a psychology background who can view the situation objectively and help me understand why my co-parent does and thinks what he does, and help me develop my skills in diffusing situations as they arise. I absolutely believe that this is going to be critical in ensuring my child grows up happy and health, and has the best relationship possible with his father.
