All along I thought they were working on my case only to find out a year later they had never worked on it at all. Then they dropped me because I complained of the service I was receiving. I never did get all my paperwork back. NEVER AGAIN

Still waiting for closure after two years of "representation" Marcus will back her up and won't do anything. Should have never taken this long. But, when Teresa probably has a personal issue with us and does whatever she wants and they allow it, this is the kind of service you get. Drag it out until they "lose" the video that proves my son's innocence and try to put the blame on him.

After representing my claim for around 7 years nearly 10 years post work injury. The lawyers sent me to RIW in Seattle and upon arriving and being lied to me about seeing a brain neuro doctor. They dropped me from representing me. Leaving me stranded with no legal counsel away from home. Numerous times I send in reimbursements and somehow it managed to stay in their office instead of getting sent into the department. Their lack of empathy for injured workers is alarming. Avoid them like the plague
