DO NOT HIRE THEM whatever you do. If I could give this law firm a zero rating, I would. Absolutely the worst experience with a law firm I've ever had. At first, they seemed really kind and compassionate the lady who answered the phone Carla was very sweet and understanding with the tragic loss and probate we were dealing with and I did a meet and greet with the attorney. I was going to have over Zoom and he was amazing so I decided to hire the firm specifically to hire Bis Pierce. Then, As soon as I paid my retainer and they started, mistakes started happening. There was multiple mistakes on the documents. They were going to send out to the judge. That I caught them on, and then I found out they didn't put my case with the attorney I originally hired I asked them to make sure he was the one taking care of things. I tried communicating in the portal. I never got answers. I struggled getting any communication with them So at one point, I just emailed my attorney directly and he said if if I needed answers quickly just to go that route instead of using the portal so that's what I started doing. We were in the four month creditor window, so I took a step back and focused on my daughter and her graduation during this time. After a few months I reached out to Mr Pierce to ask what creditors had come forward and that's when he informed me he no longer worked for Evergreen and elder law and hadn't for about six weeks and they were supposed to inform me that he left and who my new attorney was which was not done. I called the office to find out not only he's gone, but so was Carla and I ask for them to transfer my case over to Mr Pierce Because that's who I originally wanted to work with, and because they didn't inform me that I had a new attorney working on my case and had no transparency of the problems within their office. They agreed to transfer but then more problems arise, we find out the creditors had not been properly informed And their answer was that there paralegal just got fired also. so in a few months since I started probate everybody that I worked with no longer works in that office and the blame just Got shifted around. I asked for a refund for the remainder of my $6000 retainer and the complete transfer to my original attorney. They refunded me $114 out of that $6000 when they did about 10% of my probate and in that small amount of work that they did everything had to be corrected and redone because it wasn't done correctly. We are going through probate because of the sudden and tragic loss of my teenage daughters dad and they made an already heartbreaking situation a complete nightmare DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM YOU WILL REGRET IT. I will be filing a Complaint with the bar

Our appointment was for a review and explanation of details of our 8 year old wills. Krista was extremely helpful in response to our questions about our current will and the process for any changes we wish to make. She also explained the difference between our will and a Trust. All if her explanations were in "plain" English and she was easy to understand. What impressed me was for those questions she didn't have answers for, she went to a resource (presumably an attorney) to get the answers we needed. Based on what we learned, we expect to return to Evergreen to make updates to our documents.

Great presentation. Thank you. Gives me an outline for what my alternatives are in regards to properly dedicating my wishes prior to my death in a legal manner. At present I have paperwork I purchased at the computer/business store which I can fill out and have notorized as a quick start to protect my wishes for my children to receive what I've discussed with them. Should I need expertise in pursuing this matter further, Evergreen Estate and Elder Law will be my first call. Thank you.

The webinar was informative and practical. There is opportunity to ask questions and get answers. Getting personal details and the costs for putting together your own plan will require a personal one-on-one. But this is a great place to start!
