I gave a 4 Star to BFOA. They were very good in giving an appointment for my son for the next day. The receptionists are very nice gals. Doctor McKay was great and gave us full instructions of the procedure. However it is appreciated if the receptionist can warn that it may take a little longer. I arrived early and still had to wait for about 20 minutes more past the appointment time.

Great experience with Dr K. I'll be happy to see him again in 6 weeks. A couple of suggestions: 1) I wanted to see the exray to understand what is happening to my body as I age but was not offered to view it together; 2) I wasn't given any information about what to expect after the cortisone injection. I'm not feeling any improvement and need to know what to expect post treatment See you soon

Dr. Sherfey did a total knee replacement in August. And I have nothing but praises to say about him. His patience, knowledge and compassion for his patients is beyond anything I've experienced with other doctors. Also, his staff is completely competent, friendly, and willing to do anything they can to help you through the process. I would definitely 100% recommend this practice to anyone.

My appointment with Dr. Dechter was very speedy and efficient. I was in a room at 9:15 for a 9:20 appointment. Dr. Dechter along with his colleagues are very professional and knowledgeable! He not only addressed the issue I was being seen for, he asked all the important questions before I was done with my appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Dechter as well as the other Dr's at Benton Franklin Orthopedics Association!

Dr. Dworkin has treated me for a full year now, I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and caring doctor than what I had in him. He cares. He offers up his best opinion and then let's the patient be a part of their treatment. I had a total shoulder replacement, he allowed me to be a part of decisions. Dr. Dworkin is a professional doctor who has one goal, to give his patients their best outcome. Thank you Dr. Dworkin for putting up with this difficult patient and allowing me to enjoy a much easier life with my new (bionic) shoulder!
