If there was an option to give negative 5 stars, I would use that option here. I would highly advise against hiring this lawyer for legal services especially for family law. I hired him to handle two motions and while he may have handled a couple of parts of one motion accurately as he was hired to represent me, he completely dropped the ball on one very big piece to that first motion. This rather large error could have seriously put my children in a very dangerous situation and Mr Prossin was not concerned at all and disregarded the facts that he was presented with. As for the second motion, he completely blew me off. I ended up having to handle that motion on my own even though Mr Prossin had everything that he needed for that motion. When I called to talk about the status after he left me holding the bag, he then began to talk about further representation and became very pushy despite my patience and willingness to understand why he was paid $4,000 from money I had to borrow and never helped me with what he was paid for. He stated he was not going to refund me as I agreed verbally to pay him for "some work". That was false. When I notified him via email that I was not willing to work with him on my case anymore, he ignored me and has since refused to refund my money after he refused to deliver on what he was paid for and never even bothered to provide a contract after he was paid in the first place. Please do not hire this attorney.

I hired Adam Prossin for legal representation in two related family law cases. However, my experience with Mr. Prossin has been highly disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, despite agreeing to handle both cases simultaneously, Mr. Prossin failed to fulfill his obligations regarding one of the cases. While he successfully handled one aspect, his overall handling of the matter was unsatisfactory. He consistently showed disorganization and lack of preparedness, often criticizing my submissions without constructive feedback or adequate guidance. Furthermore, Mr. Prossin's communication was severely lacking. He frequently ignored my messages and emails, showing disregard for my concerns and the urgency of the situation. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, he remained unresponsive, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and commitment to my case. Moreover, when I attempted to discuss the other case, Mr. Prossin brushed off my inquiries and displayed rudeness and dismissiveness. His demeanor was consistently unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated. It has been a year, and he refuses to refund me the $6000 for the case he is refusing to represent me on. He is unresponsive to my requests. I have reached out several times to settle the matter, but at this point, he has taken payment and refused services and a refund. Overall, my experience with Adam Prossin has been deeply disappointing. His failure to fulfill his duties, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior have resulted in a complete loss of trust and confidence in his legal representation. I would strongly advise against seeking his services.

I hired Adam Prossin and he failed my case more than that i tried contacting him for any updates that he was suppose to provide me with and no response, waist of my time my money, not recommended.
