Being extorted by the municipal City Water. Who doesn't even send a legal bills. I have sent him multiple communications informing him which laws they have broken and asking. Begging for this to be handled without the court system stating exactly laws which are being broken and that the only thing I want is what's fair. He's the mayor and still proceeds to break the law. We must be living in Idiocracy. Edit for business response. Notice you never disagreed that what you were doing is illegal. As the owner of the business and the mayor that's doing the extorting. The city-wide driving people out of town, it's very relevant. We both know you keep it to such a limit that it is cost more to sue you. Then it would be to pay you. Unless the city decides to come together with a class action lawsuit because of how egregious your actions are getting. You're not going to win re-election. People are aware of what you're doing. Such short sighted behavior. To be known as the city's worst mayor with the worst Administration. Hope it was worth it. I have never seen a town with such turnover and it's because of the actions of you the mayor. Your repugnant behavior. You ran out a man who built race cars in his spare time. He was that good at mechanical engineering. Valuable City asset lost. That was 100% because of you and your Administration. You want to live outside your means and want the populace of the very townspeople you're supposed to be serving to pay for your greed. If you want to keep your position start acting like a adult with some sense. Not some greasy stereotypical portrayal of a lawyer. I know a lot of lawyers most don't act like you. At least successful ones. It's never too late to grow up.

Ryan pesicka reached out to me after hours and took the time to review the basics of what problem I have been facing , regarding some buisness trouble. He was extremely helpful and caring and it was apparent that he genuinley cares about helping others after talking to him. He advised me what I needed to do first before contracting services and offered some insight on how these things go and what he shared was very calming, when I have been quite scared and restless. I have talked to other firms and attirneys and they showed little care. I am quite pleased with Ryan and certainly will be using Ryan in the future as well as recommending him to others.
