The GateKeeper and face every single solitary business is the person you hire to answer your phone. Unfortunately this business hired an inept person to answer their phone. As many injury attorneys know clients with injuries have are more than you can imagine to deal with the last thing they should be expected to tolerate is rude, inept people. Answering your phone is not rocket science it requires only common sense. Unfortunately this attorney's office expects all of their clients to tolerate inept and rude behavior at his first contact. Apparently these people don't know that if you incapable of hiring someone with Common Sense and a professional demeanor as the face of their business then it's just the tip of the iceberg. There's too many injury attorneys to deal with obnoxious rude inept people. Don't even dial their number move on.

Scott was recommend to me from a friend to help me out with my L&I claim I was having a problem dealing with on my own. I called Scott and let him know what was going on and he took it from there. He was knowledge, helpful and was great about responding to emails and returning phone calls in a timely manner. I had the opportunity of meeting Scott Mills by coincidence. I had a medical examination to reopen my L&I Workman's Comp claim at a medical clinic in University Place, Washington. During my exam I felt that the Doctor doing my exam was being dismissive regarding my pain and physical limitations. I got into a huge argument with the Doctor because he didn't seem to take my concerns serious, as well as my medical records, previous exams from my VA, personal Doctor's reports, and specialty exams (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, EMG, and X-Ray). My argument for pleading my case was that the Doctor did not acknowledge my medical records, or imaging reports because he didn't have my file, although I hand carried my own personal copies, with a brief snippet of my detailed injuries, and physical limitations due to my work place injury. After I walked out of my exam and was waiting to speak to the receptionist to collect my mileage reimbursement check, I overheard Scott Mills (law paralegal for Tacoma Law Group) speaking to another person trying to reopen his L&I claim as well. I waited outside in the parking lot to speak to him and ask a few questions on asking for help in reopening my claim. After a few minutes he came out and I approached him and ask if it would be possible to set an appointment to see if he would be interested in assisting me on trying to reopen my claim. A week later we had a meeting, and I was pleasantly surprised at his honesty and being upfront and direct about my chances of succeeding.
